Crumble malinowe

Dziś zapraszam na prosty, szybki a przy tym przepyszny deser - crumble malinowe.
Crumble pochodzi z Anglii i można go nazwać najprostszym i najszybszym deserem na świecie.
To też efektowny i szybki sposób na wykorzystanie świeżych owoców. 
Crumble to po prostu owoce z kruszonką .

Składniki na 4 porcje:

  • 500 g malin
  • 80 g cukru brazowego
  • 120 g mąki pszennej
  • 70 g masła
Przygotowanie:

Maliny myjemy. Z mąki pszennej, masła oraz cukru zagniatamy kruszonkę. Ma ona mieć większe i mniejsze grudki. 



Na dnie żaroodpornych miseczek układamy maliny, 


całość posypujemy kruszonką (obficie). 


Zapiekamy ok. 30 minut w 180 stopniach (aż kruszonka się zarumieni).
Podajemy na ciepło!

Raspberry crumble

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 80 g brown sugar 
  • 120 g wheat flour 
  • 70 g butter
Preparation:

Rinse and drain the raspberries and set aside. Place raspberries in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180°C8.
To make the crumble, sift the into a bowl and, using your fingertips, lightly rub in the pieces of butter until the mixture resemble coarse sand. Add the sugar and combine well. Lightly sprinkle the crumble over the fruit, using a fork to even it out. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Serve hot.
